HGVC is proud to be a partner with the Government’s Skills Bootcamps – Part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life. Skills Bootcamps are flexible courses, giving people the chance to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to a promotion within the company they work for.

Courses range from novice drivers looking to gain their HGV Licence, to upgrades for current licence holders.

NOVICE TO CATEGORY C

Course designed for beginners. CAT C licence allows you to drive a rigid body vehicle above 7.5t.

All courses undertaken via the Government’s HGV Skills Bootcamps scheme will be 70% or 90% funded by the Department for Education.

HGVC is a road transport specialist, dedicated to addressing the current HGV driver shortage within companies in the UK. We aim to deliver novice HGV training, and upgrade courses, with a focus on helping employees achieve a promotion into an HGV driving role with their current employer.
